人の影まれなる奥山にて、
ふと差しぬ光の気配を覚え、
その心を歌に寄せ侍りぬ。

Preface
In the deep mountains where human presence seldom reaches,
a faint glimmer of light stirred within me,
and I set that feeling into verse.
